You may visit our website without revealing any personal information to us. However, when visiting our website, we may record your Internet Protocol address (the ‘IP Address’).

Weather Monitoring

We have placed a camera on the roof of our premises to monitor the weather in real-time, so as to offer visitors the best service. We will not in any way collect images of individuals.

What Kind of Data We Collect

We will only collect the data necessary to answer your query and/or process your subscription, such as:

1. Contact details (name, surname, email address);

2. Should you wish to subscribe to the 14-days forecast, your payment information to process online payments; all payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway (the “Processor”). Payment section is protected by a Secure Socket Layer encryption (“SSL”);

3. Should one of our customers be a child (under the age of 16), we will require authorisation from a parent or legal guardian;

4. Any other category of personal data as required from time to time.

Your personal data will be shared with third parties within our Group of companies, or with third parties with whom the Company has agreements in place. Normally we do not transfer personal data outside the European Union (EU), if this happens, we will make sure that appropriate safeguards are in place to ensure an adequate level of protection of your personal data.
